Refund policy

BelovedFurBabies has a 14-day refund or exchange policy, which means you have up to 14 days after you receive your item to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need your original receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return and request a refund or exchange, contact us at support@belovedfurbabies.com. Please make sure to include your name, order number and reason for return request.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, you must contact us immediately, within 5 days of the item being delivered, so we can fix the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund request is approved. If approved, your refund will be returned to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received it, let us know.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your exchange request is approved. If approved, we will provide you with further instructions to exchange your item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
